We focus on providing meaningful speakers and great content, and you can also look forward to hearing from the three National Youth Scholarship recipients, a favorite highlight of every convention. Most importantly, all of you will be together!

Dear 2024 National Convention Attendees,

We are thrilled you are planning to attend Exchange’s 106th National Convention in San Antonio, TX! We are so excited to be together at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk, TX.

While this is always our feeling toward members and guests, we are especially thankful for your loyalty to Exchange. To be back in 2024 shows that you treat the National Convention not just as an event, but as a reunion gathering. It is heartwarming for us! 

We are also very aware of the contributions of others to make this event happen. Our partners, sponsors, and speakers are so appreciated; please thank them when you see them out and about.

The core purpose of this National Convention will be the same. It still exists for you; for the chance to celebrate, learn, and go home feeling inspired. We still focus on providing meaningful speakers and great content. You will hear from the three youth scholarship winners, a favorite highlight of every convention.

Most importantly, all of you will be together! Please approach people wearing the “first timer” ribbons to welcome them and introduce them to your friends. Please stop at the exhibitor tables and thank our sponsors.

  • To vote, you must be both at the convention and registered no later than 7 p.m. on the day prior to the business session at which the vote is taken. Should your club go over the maximum delegates allowed, we will confirm your voter status with your club’s secretary.

12:30 p.m. One Nation Under God Luncheon

3 p.m. National Exchange Club Foundation Trustee Meeting (election of officers)

8 p.m. Entertainment Event

Saturday, July 13

9 a.m. Fourth Convention Session (youth awards)

12:30 p.m. Volunteer Field Representative Luncheon (invitation only)

6 p.m. National Leader Photos (report for photos before attending reception)
