We hope you are planning to attend Exchange’s 107th National Convention in Louisville, Kentucky, July 9-12! The Galt House overlooks the waterfront from the heart of downtown.   

Register today by clicking on this LINK.

Your National Convention registration will serve as your voting credential, which will be verified at the National Headquarters. This information will be used to confirm your voter status for the National Convention. To vote, you must be present at the convention and registered no later than 7 p.m. on Wednesday to vote at Thursday’s proposed amendment session, and no later than 7 p.m. on Thursday to vote at Friday’s election session. If your club reaches its maximum number of allowed delegates, we will confirm your voter status with your club secretary.

As provided by the bylaws, the 2025-2026 officers, who will assume office July 1, 2025, will be eligible to vote at this year’s convention. Each Exchange Club in good standing is entitled to voting representatives at the National Convention by the club president, club president-elect, immediate past president, club secretary, and club treasurer, along with three voting delegates for its first 25 members and one voting delegate for each additional 25 members, based on the membership reported as of March 31.

This National Convention exists for you; for the chance to celebrate, learn, and go home feeling inspired. We focus on providing meaningful speakers and great content, and you can also look forward to hearing from the three National Youth Scholarship recipients, a favorite highlight of every convention. Most importantly, all of you will be together!
